Below is guidance following the changes to the Terms and Conditions, which was sent to all Centre Course Managers through the Briefing for Centres on 1st March 2016, this is where you will need to sign up to and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Within the new T&Cs we have introduced new minimum spend on awards and qualifications, see below for more information.
As an Awarding Organisation Sports Leaders UK carries out an annual self-assessment review. This review at the end of 2015 identified the average cost for Sports Leaders UK to maintain a Centre. Therefore, we have decided to implement an annual minimum Centre spend in order to cover the costs of servicing. This will ensure that a high level of service is continued with each of our Centres.
A minimum spend policy is in place for many other Awarding Organisations.
If you are a Centre wishing to, OR are delivering our qualifications and/or awards, the minimum spend will apply from 1st August 2016. However if you are a Centre running only awards the minimum spend does not apply to you.
The annual minimum spend on awards and qualifications is £350 per Centre.
This can be spent on all qualifications and awards but not on Tutor Training.
For example this represents as: (under current pricing in March 2016)
The Centre has from 1st August to the 31st July of the following year to ensure the minimum spend clause in the Terms and Conditions is met.
If by the 31st July your Centre has not met the required spend, you will be invoiced the difference in August.

We will be sad to see you go but, if you do wish to stop delivering Sports Leaders UK qualifications and awards then please refer to the Withdrawal Procedure and Policy for guidance. Please note we do require 3 months notice (by 1st November) via Withdrawal Notification Form.
If you decide that you don't want to deliver the following year but plan to return the year after that we have a Maintenance Procedure and Policy, which will allow you to do this.
