Unique Learner Numbers

Unique Learner Numbers (ULNs) are issued by the Learning Records Service (LRS) to Learning Registered Bodies (LRBs). These are mainly organisations like schools and colleges who are registered with the LRS, and are offering funded qualifications as part of their programmes.

Sports Leaders UK centres that are LRBs should provide their leadership learners with their ULN. ULNs are lifelong and remain the same, just like a National Insurance number. When learners register on a leadership qualification and provide their ULN, Sports Leaders UK can ensure that their achievements are registered with the LRS and are recorded in their Personal Learner Record (PLR).
